Know how much space all your games would take up
I've seen a site once that says how long it would take you to reset all games in your steam library.

Is there a website or tool that tells you how much disk space all your games take up?

Windows Explorer....goto your Steam apps folder and look at the bottom of the Explorer window or right click on the apps folder and select properties.

I know how to see how much space my installed games are taking up, what I meant is to calculate how much space all the steam account mine games would take up if they were installed

Usually when you try to install the game from the Steam client, it opens a dialog with the calculated space. Just use the Library tools built into steam.

Put all your uninstalled games in a collection. Shift-Click the first and last, then click install. The dialog window will tell you how much space is required. Then do the same through Windows explorer on the installed games in the Steamapps/Common folder. Add the two numbers together and you know how much space it takes.

I use Treesize:

With this tool you are able to manage your files. They are sorted by the biggest space the directories use. Easy to delete things, if you need more space fast.

Or just use the tools built into windows natively, such as through the add/remove apps tool in settings. Which do the exact same thing without having to install questionable bloatware off the internet that could add more problems on top of taking up more disc space and other resources.:steamdeadpan:

Hey, do you know of any other way to achieve this in 2023?

It seems they've removed the feature of telling you how much space is required if you select a bunch of games now. The app tells you how much size you need per game, but not the total of all of those uninstalled games added up.

I just get the message of 'Not Enough Space', that's it; without telling me how much I need... Any workaround out there?

This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
