STeam downloads not going above 30 kbps???

I just bought DOOM 2016 and hopefully I got it downloaded before starts. The problem is my download speed wont go above 30 kbps even though i set my bandwidth to unlimited. (my normal steam download speed is 250 - 300 + kbps) while my internet dl speed is around 2 mbps.

thanks for the help. download speed is now back to normal.

If you delete download cache it will also delete your download progress you have already downloaded.

steam downloads are primarily limited by your local system

OK thx but i had 10 gb downloaded out of 11 gb i paused the download and went to sleep later when i woke up and started it again it went to 0 why did thi happen im so sad 10gb..
