I can't buy with my steam wallet

I can't buy with my steam wallet

I got 14$ and I want to buy a 9,99$ game, but when I click ''Buy for me'' it asks me for my card number, Visa, Paypal etc.
I bought games A LOT OF TIMES with the Steam wallet and had no problem, why now?
I need help

Done any refunds to your wallet? Check if any of the balance is marked as pending.

Pending funds can not be used.

No, I've just came back with the code and already submitted it to my steam wallet. I've also looked for refunds and I didn't found none

Ok, it's fixed. I noticed that I've recently changed country and my account wasn't in my current country lmao

I don't know, as long as I can remember I only changed to my current country and it worked again. I'm not sure if it'll work but try to change your country to another and then change it again.

Two things back then issue OP having was due to changing country.

In early this year, for STEAM WALLET use, you need to provide a name, and address in order to use your Steam wallet for buying from the Steam STORE. So please keep in mind, if you don't want to provide name, and address to use Steam wallet for STORE, then use bank transfer, credit card, or other payment method you pay directly, which you're giving info anyways, but whatever.

Is there a daily limit? I made a lot of purchases because I wanted to try and get some gloves. I have money in my steam wallet but it won't let me buy. I provided all my info a while back to steam
