First Page of Steam - News window is blacked

I'm experiencing a weird bug here, whenever I start Steam, the first page of the pop up Steam - News are blacked/blank most of the time, I can do an extra step if it's more than one page by clicking next and back to see what was on the first page, but I couldn't help it if there's only one page since there's nothing on the window that I can click except the default Window buttons on the frame. Any idea on how to solve this?

Can't even right click on a blank window
