ill try downloading the old one and testing it hopefully it works also ill check out the new 2021 one aswell ill test both of them and let you know and thanks alot for the help so far.
i tried the older asus driver sadly it didnt work infact i started getting weird ping issues for some reason im starting to lose hope honestly. im thinking of taking the pc to a professional and get him to look at it but i doubt he would be able to fix it as the issue seems to be unique to this specific device, lemme know if you have any other ideas shadow! guess ill stick to rdr2 for now.
But hardware bans is not often used often, as they know people would sell, or spoof their hardware ID, but anyways can't say for sure.
If you got an extra storage device, install Linux on it as it be really quick to upset compare to windows installing, and try one of the games, if it works then we're getting somewhere.
Can try like Pop os, Ubuntu, or any other distro you like.
If Linux not something you want to go into, then can use Windows on extra storage, I would say make a fresh copy via your laptop, and try once more and just install updates for Windows, and game client and game that about it, and test.
This is basically my last thing I can think of and really can't think of anything else from top of my head.
hey something really interesting happened today, while i was testing some of the games suddenly they started working i could play them for some weird reason but i was getting alot of lag but i could actually connect to the servers and play then while on apex i got this error for the first time "unable to connect. check your internet connection and try again code: 0XFFFFFFFF " my internet obviously works fine but this error popped up all of a sudden im not sure what this means but its atleast something different lemme know if you have any idea what this means.
Not sure what can cause the change now.
i restarted my pc and everything works! i dont understand why or how but everything just works pretty much how it should be, al the games work without any issue im still confused but glad and thanks alot for your help shadow! <3
UPDATE: It worked and then stopped working LOL. Anyways, it occurred to me that I started using playnite recently to launch my games. A quick check revealed that BOTH games that I had tested with (one on steam and one on GOG) needed to be updated. Somehow Playnite was starting them up without updating them. That fixed it.
I have two Laptops and an AIO ... if I am on steam on one of them I cannot play a steam game on either of the others under my account.
1) On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and R at the same time.
2) Type inetcpl.cpl, then click OK.
3) Click the Connections tab, then LAN settings.
4) If any items on window are checked, uncheck them. Then, click OK.
5) Restart your computer and Steam to test your issue.
to many diffrent companies and if they wont communicate with you gl i guess. it sounds like a ms11 problem.
