Trade market problem/Проблема с торговой площадкой!!!

Good morning!!!
I have a question about the trade market. I bought a game in February and I have activated double/secondary mobile authentication, but in the trade market, there are written, that I didn't buy a game 7 days earlier and didn't activate double authentication. Why is it so?

У меня такой вопрос. Ещё в феврале была совершена покупка игры, а 2 апреля активирована мобильная двойная аутинификация, но теперь, когда я купил платный батл пас в кс и забрал кейсы, зайдя на торговую плащадку обнаружил надпись, что я должен был купить игру за 7 дней до этого, и что у меня должен быть активирован мобильный аутинификатор как минимум две недели(повторюсь, актевировал его ещё 2 апреля) Что за фигня?

Sounds like you haven't purchased anything from Steam Store past year. You need to buy something from Steam Store every year to maintain access to community market.

No Purchase Older Than 7 Days
Your account must have a successful purchase older than 7 days, but not older than a year in order to access the Community Market. The purchase of wallet funds, games, DLCs and software meet this requirement. Activating a Steam Wallet Code or Gift Card on your account to add funds to your Steam Wallet also meet this requirement. Retail CD key activation and gift purchases do not satisfy this requirement.

Any purchase that is charged back on your account will reset this restriction. Only purchases after the most recent chargeback will be considered for purposes of this restriction.
