The Steam Lunar Sale 2021 Game Discounts

I know it is a bit early to know but In terms of game discounts, will it just be Chinese games that will be on sale, or will mostly all Steam games have some discount sales?

All games are eligible. It's up to the publishers to decide if they want to participate and which discounts they'll use.

Developers/publishers all have a chance to opt into sales.

Historically, the lunar sale isn't much smaller than the summer/winter sales.

And it might be bigger for games that are made in East Asia.

Some Vn games will get a nice discount, but i don't think that fps games like pubg, payday 2 or other games like VR, Racing will get a nice price. Probably -10% is the best we will get

Based on what? While PUBG was not discounted during last year's Lunar New Year sale, PayDay2 was 50% off.

based on games u are buying. ~90% my steam games are VR and VN games, so it was based on my experience. talking about pubg, payday 2 - it was just an example

The point is this isn't set in stone. The general rule has tended to be that as they become more fixed the Lunar New Year sale has tended to get more importance as the weight of Steam's user bases shifts from North America and Europe towards Asia.

So views change over time.

It's a reasonably surefire guarantee that someone will post that this year's isn't as good as last year's.
