I got award Extra helpful and didn't get any steam points is this a bug because i still have 395.

They are delayed for 14 days.

You'll get an email about it that links you to it. They are sent out once a week and list all you obtained that previous week. Edit to my copy/pasta... They are sending them out more frequently now.

Your points summary page will show it after 14 days. It will also link you to what was awarded. This is assuming whatever you were awarded for UGC wise was not deleted.
