is there anyway to delete those history log ins of my friends in my pc?

Click on the underlined "Manage other computers" and revoke anything or anybody that you don't want to have library access anymore.

Log out of Steam, go to steam/config installation folder and delete config.vdf .

That should remove sharing connections.

Any game that is not uninstalled will still show up on both accounts.

However, the following page in Family Sharing will always lists all accounts that have shared.
