Add Epic Game Store as a non-steam game, and then launch Epic Games Store through steam big picture (make sure it isn’t already running in the background). Navigate to Hitman 3 in Epic library and launch. After a few seconds the title screen should change to “press A to continue” and you’re good to go.
Hope that helps :)
Setting up the EA launcher as a non-steam app was the solution for my controller issues. Just could not get the xbox xontroller working for SW:Fallen Order and simply launching the EA Software through steam and THEN starting the desired game finally works!
THANKS A LOT!!!
Edit: On my host PC Epic launches and looks normal. I can still navigate with my Legion Go by looking at my host display, but that kind of defeats the purpose. But I tried it just to see, and navigating to the game I wanted and launching it would then let me play using the controllers. But that's a pointless exercise, ultimately, since the goal is to be able to Link while away from my home computer.
