Is there a way to find out where a prize reward came from ?

For prize i mean a prize that give steam points put by other people, i have just found out bazzling around in the different things you can show on your profile and found out i got a heart somewhere but have no idea where to find the origin of it,

I have found that i have two prize i mean rewards, the heart and the letter, but i only have 191 points, 100 from the letter and 91 from purchases i made i think, does it needs time to register, cause i kinda like the fact that i got an heart reward icon and hope it's not actually a fake one.

Points are granted 14 days after receiving the award
