Add invite option back to friends dropdown!
i cannot play some games with my friends now, because it was removed.

It's not. Just yesterday, I've invited a couple friends to a game session of mine. Is it possible that you're not seeing it as it got renamed from "Invite to game" to "Invite to lobby"?

Did you invite through steam or through the actual game? because i mean when it had the dropdown in the friends list options.

Yesterday, I was playing Killing Floor 2 and wanted to spice the session up. So I opened the overlay, opened the friends list, right-clicked a couple buddies and clicked "Invite to lobby".

It's only option for certain games though, a few months ago you could do it for anything and then they removed and now some multiplayer games dont work.

Ow, please accept my apology for that blunder! I found a thread about this very topic in the game's forum, but that's a thread by you.
I am not familiar with the game personally. I've seen changes in behaviour in other games. Like the renaming I mentioned earlier. I've also seen games allowing invites during some periods but not during others. Please accept my apology for beeing to lazy to shelve 1,59€ for this game & try it out myself as well.

It was there as an option for a period on any game even singleplayer games, and now it seemed to be removed entirely for alot of multi games even. It worked as a good failsafe if the servers no longer worked, i could invite my freinds and it worked flawlessly.
