why is my pending money taking so long to go on my steam wallet even tho its just steam wallet not credit card

Its usually 24 hours. Thats not really long, especially compared to refunds outside of Steam that may take up to 14 days.

yeah "The funds will be shown now as pending and will become available to spend within 7 days" i know that i dont want to wait 7 days or even less i want it now, why do they even do this anyways.

You can click on the " (pending: XXXX amount) you see in your client in the upper right.
It will give you a time estimate when the money will be back.
Something like " Available inside 12 hours".

That estimate updates over time, goes from 24 to 12 to 6 to 3 to money back.
