Uhhh... Isn't it something you should be reporting TO steam? How do you even see this data, anyway? I don't remember if Steam has a log of connection attempts anywhere.
Solid Fox 29 mai. 2021 às 17:52
Steam login always sends you a five-digit code for registration via email and it also says where the registration was made from
Seraphita 29 mai. 2021 às 17:55
Ah okay but yes, maybe you should open a ticket. And by the by, change your password and stuff. Clearly something tries to log in on your account. Verify all of your security.

I have already opened the ticket and have increased my security with my email again with the two-step activation

OP, users getting scammed and having their accounts compromised happens daily. Start with checking that your API key is clear and then go from there.

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey - This field should be blank

Also, note that you weren't hacked; you got phished and gave your account details to the scammer. Only you know how that happened.

When you hijack other users threads it makes it difficult to focus on your issue. You and OP are in totally different situations.

Anyway:

Recovering Steam Account https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2347-qdfn-4366

And to help you sign-in: https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithLogin
Note, you must be signed out to do this.

A step by step guide to the Recovery Process:
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1126288560
Also, because this regularly comes up, you DO NOT need access to the email, phone or password currently tied to the hijacked account for this to work. Just pick the "I do not have access..." or a similar option when asked. JUST SCROLL DOWN.

You MUST also do the following steps to secure your account:

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey - This field should be blank

Also, Steam does not return inventory items: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=3415-WAFH-6433#noreturn

ok thanks for your tips but i haven't been to steam on for months and i don't have steam on my chromebook. I guess that they have Not my email address but only my account name and a program to hack the password. It's really stupid that you can't change your account name. They tried again this morning ...

computer located at 217.115.179.46 (RU, Khanty-Mansiyskiy avtonomnyy okrug)
computer located at 193.233.59.33 (RU, Moskva)
computer located at 31.181.154.165 (RU, Krasnodarskiy kray)
computer located at 5.165.127.224 (RU, Lipetskaya oblast')
computer located at 92.124.205.63 (RU, Buryatiya, Respublika)
computer located at 46.0.16.24 (RU, Samarskaya oblast')

Strangely enough, there are always the same time intervals and always 6 times. This is a code hacking program

Entering your login credentials on a fake website does not mean you're hacked.
It just means you did something stupid.
Solid Fox 30 mai. 2021 às 2:47
so have now activated mobile identification, hope nothing more happens
