Is it still possible to hide a game ban on your profile?

So yeah I have been banned inn Dead by Daylight, not for cheating but for ''chat abuse''. The devs wont tell me exactly why or anything so I made my peace with it. I read online that you could
''hide'' the ban by permanently removing the game from your account. Does this still work?

removing a game never removed the ban, nor did it ever make the ban hidden.

game bans are permanent and there was never and will be never a way to hide it

The only way to hide it is to wait 7 years, and don't get banned again in the meantime.

You will still see it even then; just the rest of us won't.

It will not show up on your profile after 7 years. But the ban will still be there.

Look it up, back in 2018 it was possible. Not trying to remove it, just dont wanna give the impression that im a cheater.

Wasnt playing the game for too long yet, only got so toxic one game that I decided to talk back for once. But they wont tell me why I am banned so I can only speculate.

You probably didnt read what I said, they said I got banned because I abused chat. I admit I got toxic but not toxic enough for a perma ban.

Oof. Off topic, but it's one of the reasons why I stopped playing online...I heard people getting, and even that game specifically handing out BS bans that puts Twitch moderation to shame. IDK, I always think anything chat related should be a suspension (of course, getting longer the more you do it) not an outright ban, just because we all slip up and should've have a harsh penalty for it. At least with cheating there's no excuse (you can't "accidentally" cheat :P).

the only times ive seen people banned for chat is because they were being racist or threatening harm.
