steam friends network unreachable
I cannot sign into friends, instead i get this message "steam friends network unreachable".

Also sometimes the pages do not load properly, it looks like basic HTML with no CSS.

win7 certificates issue, its not a steam issue , and you need to fix this yourself.
Or Contact steam support

"I finally got steam to work. All I did was delete dst root ca x3 and installed the new certificate. Just search up what it is and how to install. After a whole week it just because it was expired and windows didn't renew the certificate. FYI I couldn't access the steam page and friend network."

It fixed my friends unreachable error and fixed incorrectly displayed pages.
