Report a translation problem
Steam download at half the speed I have and sometime less. Uplay is pretty normal in term of speed. Battle.net is good too.
I don't know what to do.
Edit: Got installs fixed... had SteamLibrary on different name and so I moved the folder in it to keep games from different sources in different directories...
Steam is pushing upwards of 10TBps so obviously the content servers are fine

Generally download issues are limited by
1) your disk IO
2) your CPU
3) your anti-virus
4) your ISP
My SSDs/NVMEs and even more recent HDD, can sustain download speeds.
A lot of people are unaware how different Steam downloads are vs other services, which has a lot to do with misunderstanding why they have issues. I feel like I should make a copy/paste explaining it, since no one seems to search it first.
