Can't Change Email Address Or Phone Number

I was recently locked out of my Google account, losing access to both my email address and my Google Voice number (It was very distressing.) I'm still logged into my Steam account on my desktop, but I can't change the email address and phone number associated with the account.

- If I ask to change the number and say that I don't have access to the (old) email address, it allows me to fill out other information but then tells me a response will be sent to the (old) email address.

- If I ask to change the email address and say that I don't have access to either the number or the (old) email address, it allows me to put in a new email address. But then, after I enter the confirmation code sent to the (new) email address, it tells me "CONTACT STEAM SUPPORT: "We had trouble verifying your captcha, please try to complete the captcha again."

- I can't try to change the email through the site because I haven't logged into Steam from my browser for a long time, so it won't let me log in again without a confirmation code sent to my old phone number or email address.

- I had to make a new account and put $5 in its Steam Wallet to make this post. This post cost me $5.

1. The site definitely told me that I couldn't post without making a purchase.

2. There is no way to contact support. The "Support" link just sends me to a page telling me to do what I've already done.

That's only in specific hubs. Would be pointless to have a steam discussion section if a section of the community was walled off.
