CLOUDS Steam wallpaper

Hey guys, i bought this wallpaper like 2 years ago for low price on market and now some guys on big trading discord server told me that this wallpaper is very rare and that u cant buy it on market anymore, they told me people are trading this wallpaper for TF2 keys etc. worth 50 to 60 euro. Is this true? If so, anyone interested in buying add me here on steam and we can discuss it. Appreciate it thanks.

It says it can't be sold but there are some buy offers that are pretty pricey. Be warned that trying to sell it through other means will just get you scammed. ALL 3RD PARTY TRADING SITES ARE SCAMS!!

the thing is, i cant sell it on market. Thats the point, i dont know why but when i click on sell i cant find the wallpaper in inv

It's unsellable so it's worth nothing. You can try to get rid of it but you run a MASSIVE risk of getting nothing in return.

They have offers to buy it but it can't actually be sold. Therefore it is worth 0. You are just falling for scammer logic and are setting yourself up to be robbed.

Well, the game "My Name is You" is not available anymore on Steam since April 2017 and all key stores i know are out of stock so probably no one can activate that game on Steam anymore. User who have that game is their library still have a way to gather cards and create the badge by converting gems into booster packs but even then they have to be lucky to get the Cloud background since it's a rare one, so yeah i don't think there is a lot of copies of that background. As for why there isn't any on the market it's because the game isn't sold on the store anymore so Steam can't continue to sell anything related to that game, and so users can't resell it directly on the market.

I checked the hub of that game and that background seems to be in great demand since the end of 2019 so if you want to sell it and you find someone who offer something that seems satisfactory for you in exchange go ahead but like Idontexist said, be careful to not be scammed.

Thank you so much man. Do u know where i could post this or something, to find buyer? Because i have no idea. I tried to find some steam collectors discord servers but there is nothing like that. Appreciate any help

best to keep any discussions on steam. a conversation on discord is just that, a conversation on discord. if something happens that conversation means nothing to steam. I would try posting in that games forum or its trading forum to start.

I agree, the best place seems to be on the discussion hub of that game, since anytime someone want that background they will probably go there directly to check if there is any offer.
