Downloading Content
Sometimes when i launch a game, it won't launch but instead it starts "downloading content", some of the games I've encountered doing this is, SCP Secret Laboratory and outriders. I just clear download cache and re log into steam and its fixes it. It just randomly does it from time to time to random games and most of the games i play don't even have a workshop.
