Trying to gift binding of isaac dlc repentance

Trying to gift the DLC but I myself do not own all of the DLC's is that why it not showing up in Steam store? Only things that showing up is The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth Complete Bundle. I refuse to buy all the DLC's when I only want one for a Birthday gift. Any help is welcome.

It is only available in the tailored bundle, one that you can not gift.

Cant gift tailored bundles. Do what hotsauce suggested

It was a crap move to make it a tailored bundle and not offer it separately.
