I haven't played in ages and my new PC does not have a CD drive, so how do I install my legit game on my PC ? Can I use my serial number and download it from somewhere ?

Do you own the game on Steam?

Download it from your library.

If you don't own it on Steam, this is not a Steam problem. If your computer lacks a basic CD drive... get an external, you'll really thank yourself for buying one when you need to reinstall an operating system or set of non-downloaded programs...

The physical copies could only be redeemed on Steam.
