How to download image used someone's avatar?

500 games and doesn't know how to save an image? Or doesn't know how to google using image search to find the original?

What is the avatar of? A game one? There's thousands of those, as well as anime and movies... might want to be more specific.

Copy his profile link, open it in Firefox or whatever browser you use - the save image should be right over there of you rightclick his avatar.

You can get it yourself by doing what Astraea Kisaragi said in the post above you:

Right click on the profile page in Steam and select Copy URL (or have the Steam client set to show you the URL bar)

Paste the profile's URL in a browser such as Firefox, Chrome, Edge, etc

Right click on the avatar

Select "Save image as..." and save it where you want it on your computer, or "Copy image" and then paste into a page from an art program.

Right Click then save image as? everybody knows this, it's basic Windows. Not being funny or insulting you in any way shape or form I'm just surprised you didn't know this.
