"Buy remaining cards from the Market" is absolutely and utterly broken. STILL.

This problem is occuring for years now and I just dont understand it.

It works fine like 50% of the time. I set the price, click buy, and half the cards show as "not available for that price" despite them being available in the millions on the market for that price, or I get the "unknown mistake" message. But still the buy order is set so when I go for another try, I first have to delete the old order, which is bugged now.

Sometimes I dont even get that notification and buy another card, only for the buy order to kick in 5 seconds later, and now I have an extra item I did not want.

Just really annoying.
and YES I know I can do it one by one or trade full sets and so one, but that is NOT the point. If you provide a feature, make it WORK. especially when there is real money involved.

It’s probably unrealistic to expect the backend to always perform flawlessly. If you’ve spent years buying cards, I would think you’d have started waiting to see whether transactions complete rather than rushing till you get one that acts normally.

I just did this today and clicking the button certainly placed the order (though the page didn't change). I checked my inventory and no new cards where there, I refreshed and one was, and then another refresh and they all were. Seems like it works just fine, just a bad submit order script that doesn't really give feedback(though it does send in the orders)

I have been buying cards since they were introduced - hardly any any more and only with event sales money when I do now - and I have never had any problems like you describe.

Selling can be broken, it lags and can look like it hasn't worked but then says the card is not in your inventory because it is listed.

You aren't allowing for the number of transactions that are probably taking place, this is Valve salami slicing perfected and why there will never be any more Valve games.

Why do anything when you can take billions of slices of 2 cents each? And why you have problems when you use it, possibly combined with your ISP/connection.

I actually discovered the event trading bots and used them to get the two cards I wanted, from now on I won't sell/rebuy them I will trade and only buy cards for games.

It gave me an error purchasing a card and actually did add it so I got stuck with 2 duplicate cards I didn't want.

Not a big deal, but annoying.
