super slow downloads

i just got a new PC and it is working fine on everything but, downloads literally take days for example sea of thieves is taking 15 hours to download. I've tried all the thing people on YouTube were saying but nothing works i'm so confused does anybody know a fix for this.

Try changing the download region on steam, or double check you have the correct network drivers.
Have you done a speed test to check whether it is on your side or just a slow server ?
