Are one of my friends bots trying to hack me?

after getting my consent to talk to me for a minute, they say this... "i message you because, i accidentally report you for doing illegal purchased instead of someone else the admin said your account will be suspended I'm really sorry I tried to tell him that it was a mistake profile ID but he won't listen to me."

Is this fake? And the admin is named Blue, and the person telling me this won't respond to my discord texts to confirm he is even online,

this is the profile he sent to me. I'm not sure if this one is the source of all evil but it might, I confirmed this was a scam a few seconds before seeing this... as one of my friends got this a few hours ago.

maybe this source was hacked by someone else, not sure.

Discord has nothing to do with Steam, and would never be used to contact you about Steam, because its not part of the program, and most people don't even have that installed.
