steam account limited on lvl 0
good day everyone, i've been having this issue with my account where even tho i bought games (using steam cards gifted to me to be specific), i had this account for a while before actually buy games too.

You need to add money to account directly. If you get a gift, it was the other account that added money to steam, not you.

Purchasing a Steam gift that is equal to $5 USD or more from the Steam store (Receiving a Steam gift or digital gift card from a friend doesn't count)

"Receiving a Steam gift or digital gift card from a friend doesn't count" : this is the only part that i find interesting but i thought getting the gift card itself wouldn't activate the acocunt but spending the money would

honestly sounds like some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ excuse to not unlimit my account but still thank you for explaining that, i thought as long as money is spent in this account i'm proving that i'm not a bot and scamming people but i guess that's not enough to valve

The problem is your account is not the one spending the money.
