Just did a price conversion. They apply a relatively significant surcharge to cheaper gift card purchases:

• US$20 equivalent should cost ~Rs3290.34 but instead costs Rs3607.34
  
• US$50 equivalent should cost ~Rs8225.85 but instead costs Rs8256.44
  
• US$100 equivalent should cost ~Rs16451.70 but instead costs Rs16349.36

IF you go this route, it's sad to say the most expensive card is cheaper in the long run, so be careful.

EDIT: The wording on the store page is also extremely ambiguous. It claims the gift cards are "global", which isn't possible with gift cards anymore, and that they are "redeemable valid Steam Wallet codes (USA)". Sounds extremely risky all things considered.
