if you have questions about PUBG, you should ask in the PUBG forums, either the steam forums or on the PUBG website forums. game developers rarely tell people when they are putting their product on sale nor for how much. when it goes on sale, it goes on sale. just add it to your wishlist and when it goes on sale you will get an email notification about it.

The last discount was on June 24, 2021. You can see it here https://steamdb.info/app/578080/. Next would most likely on November on Autumn sale.

Wishlist the game and you get notified though email.
