the fact that I don't get noticed when the sub is about end and when its abou to take my money agin without telling me, the fact that I pay s sub and I decide to cancel but I don't get refound or still get privilegr until expire.

Valve please Change this. I don't like this subliminal money grab

It's literally 30 days from your last payment. Like every subscription service.
If you get curious you can just check it under your account details.

As for privillage/refund. That depends.
If you refund within 1-3 days you'll have a good chance of getting your cash back. As for prives. That's up to the party selling you the subscription. There's no rule that says they have to give you access to anything once you cancel.

There's nothing subliminal about it.
TFhough I wioll concede an email reminder about upcoming renewals would be nifty.

no it will just take the money directly from my credit card I thought I was using my steam wallet but no.

another complian I have that they sub ia hidden in my account detail and not in the notification bar witch make easly forget about and can clean your banking if you forget you had sub.

No subscription service does that. A subscription will do one of two things when the period is up. Charge for another period...or...auto cancel. and the majority will auto-renew until your payment method fails, or until you cancel.

Yeah. It will default to the credit card , it will only do the wallet if there is no card or the card fails.

You don't get warnings for recurring payments in real life. Game subscriptions work like every other recurring payment service out there.
Amazon doesn't warn me of Prime being charged for another year. Spotify doesn't warn me they're close to charge me next month premium. Google play doesn't warn me about incoming subscription payments... Not to mention electricity, gas, or phone bills.

I don't see how it's about customer protection. You've contracted a recurring payment and that's what's happening.

Protection from what exactly? You can cancel your subscription any time you want (well, it's monthly, but you can still cancel any time). So what do you need protection from? Yourself? Well, you're the one who has to protect you from yourself.

if you sub to any service game or not that is on you to remember not them. most services don't remind you at all. amazon, hulu most gaming. my phone is the only one i have that tells me im going to get charged.

My phone provider does reminds me because of the law here in Italy obligated the service to switch from 28 days to 30 and the provider announced every week that it's about to subtract money from my credit
