Can you gift premium for CSGO?

Premium as in Prime Status?, there is a "gift" button on the checkout, so my guess is: Yes you can.

I don't seem to be able to gift the operation pass.
I guess if i where to buy it, i get the pass in my inventory and have to wait 7 days before i can trade it?

Gifts goes directly to the account you gifted it to, not into your inventory.

The operation pass? Really?
I get a much weirder screen when buying it then any other steam game / dlc.

Seems like i was right.
Got the pass directly into my inventory.
So now i have to open a refund request and hope it gets resolved.
