Seasonal Profile Avatar Frame and Mini Profile Background permanent?

Heya! I really wanted to get the Winter Sale's Seasonal profile, and I know that it themes you for 30 days. But I was curious to know if after that 30 days, I could still use the Pine Tree Mini Profile Background and Avatar Frame, as in they're permanent? I don't want to spend 5,000 Steam Points on a frame that's only gonna last me 30 days. I couldn't find a definite answer if the Avatar Frame and Mini Profile Background were permanent, and was curious if anyone knew. Thanks for looking!

Pretty sure it takes the frame and the background and the mini background after 30 days
