Do all saved games on steam automatically saves to a cloud server?
I remembered uninstalling a bunch of my games to make up space on my hard drive. When I reinstalled some of them back I noticed that they still had the old save files in them. Does Steam save all of the games on a cloud for all games available on Steam or is it only for a few?

Only the ones that have the function enabled.

No.

Typically for the games that have the function. Provided that you've not changed your settings. (STEAM>SETTINGS>CLOUD will show you if cloud synchronization is in effect).
