Showcase not on profile

I have my 'Custom Info Box' on my profile, but it is not being able to be viewed.
On the settings page, i can edit and see it clearly, but on the profile it shows nothing...

Any help?

They need to work it. You cannot fix this yourself. There a many things wrong with the showcases in their current state.
For example, the (featured) artwork showcase, it doesn't even show text, that it is an artwork showcase. Or maybe it was intended to be inconsistent? I am not sure.

The custom info box should work though. At least it does here. I am not sure what you can do about this yourself, if it doesn't work.

Do you use a Steam client to change the showcase, or another browser? Because it does seem to function for a lot of other people.

Ive tried the client and the mobile app. Will give it a try on the browser and see.

You probably already done this, but in case, do not forget to press Save, after changing a showcase.

If you see my profile, the showcase is there, its just not showing any content

That's strange, because all this time you have been working on it, I have not seen any changes to your current showcases, which are:

Item Showcase
(Featured) Artwork Showcase
Screenshot Showcase
Guide Showcase
Favorite Game
(Featured) Artwork Showcase

The text saying "Artwork Showcase" is not there, but that is the case with everyone.

did u pay 6000 points just because Shrek artwork? ;D i've never seen any steam profile, who would not have "Artwork Showcase text" ;D your profile looks so buggy with those showcases

Lol, i only upgraded my item showcase. This profile update is buggy af.

Under the featured artwork showcase, u do not see "Hey its Psycho" (thats the info box)

I bought an item showcase in the steam points shop, currently my account is level 8. Not sure if you need a level 10 steam account to use it or my steam is just buggy

Bruh I bought a completionist showcase upgrade for 3000 points and it didn’t work. I googled it and turns out you gotta be level 10. I’m level 7. Why does steam not specify it anywhere? I feel wronged and I want my 3000 points back. I’ll buy something else instead then
