Any games where you play a Eldritch Abomination tricking humans?

Just curious, there are many games where one faces Eldritch beings driving humans to madness, but are there any games where you play as a Eldritch Otherworldly Abomination, and you are trying to corrupt and trick humans into releasing you into the world?

Kind of like how there are games where you play as the axe murderer from a horror scenario......but more playing the Cthulhu-esq being from a Eldritch horror game.

Eh, not quite, less ghosts, more Chthulhu and outer gods inspiring madness and corruption while seeking to enter the world and bring about the end of the mortal world, or such. Like Moons of Madness, but you playing the tentacled, extra-dimensional being outside the grasp of human comprehension and euclidean geometry.
