With Steam today I can only download games at 5MB/s! What happend... :(

Steam is very busy due to the sale, go to settings, downloads and change your download region, i changed mine to the USA and now get my full download speed , happy days :)

I was going get Borderlands 3 BUT 75 GIG download ? thought no way will i buy this game as,

at downloading it would be 6 weeks till get play the game.

Any server can be better at anytime because of congestion. Nearest =/= faster

In case anyone doesn't know, certain content servers can get congested.

I, myself, had to do the same for my workshop downloads most recently.

I've tested various servers, and ones in the EU regions yielded the better result for me.
