How high can you level up Steam Awards 2020 badge?

Is it up to Level 10? I just hit Level 5 and see it can be leveled up 60 so figured to ask...

It's safe to assume there's an limit due to technical reasons. However, that lies somewhere around 16 megalevels or higher (I ain't got all powers of 2 memorized), so there's no effective limit.

In addition to trading cards, there are people offering to trade event cards for gems. Either will prevent a trade/market hold on item drops from crafting the badge, something you have to deal with if you just buy them from the marketplace.
