Winter Sale is so Broken Right Now

I know we are only about 20 minutes into the winter sale, but the servers are doing horrible! Everything is getting errors and such... Steam, you've been hosting these sales for so long, why are your servers not functioning properly? Wasn't that a recurring problem the previous years too?
I can't access games from my wishlist that are rated "everyone" because they are rated "mature" now and it says I am not old enough to view them, when clearly, I am?
That's just one of the problems I have noticed...
Some of my wishlist prices are gone too... Ooof.

I have been checking a bit and I have not found something that suited my tastes. However, my wishlist is broken right now, so I can't really confirm if there is anything that will tickle my fancy.

The store always crashes during those major sale events, even if it's the same deals we had before. It should be back to normal in 2 or 3 days.

I agree with you, I'll wait, no worries there.
Same old, same old.
Just wondering why Steam hasn't tried to do something for it?
Unless it was announced in one of their updates.

At best, it's within a few hours, but i'd recommend that everyone take their time anway.

The discounts remain the same until the end of the sale.

15 Things on my wishlist. Like 4 things are on sale at 20% off. -twirls finger- They are ones towards the, meh they look interesting. Though I too have some broken stuff on mine. Was hoping for at least a 20% discount on Grounded.

Same, since I'm not working, surviving off savings, etc, intense health issues, etc... Friend sent me 50 bucks. Made me promise I wouldn't save it & use it to buy some games off Steam sale. So far... -shrugs-

Yup. Best part is for 15-20 you could get a ton of actually good games, let alone if you wanted to slam down money you'd still be getting a ton compared to this.

Just seeing the same franchises, the game games, and the same or too similar prices.
There will probably be something worth spending on this time. Maybe. Maybe not.
