Note that developer/publishers choose to opt into the sale and also set their discounts.

Same here. No decent discount no buying is my motto. I think its having server issues others are saying refresh and yet others are saying wait a while till it sorts itself out.

15 Items on my Wishlist. 5 of them at most are on sale at 20% off. Rest have no discounts. So far this sale is just very underwhelming. I guess 2020 in a nutshell

Well so much for the Winter sale being better than the fall one last month. Not that anyone said it would be, was just hoping it would be. 10-15% off at most, some not even at all. Was hoping I'd see some 30% offs in there. Guess I'll be keeping these on my wishlist until they go down in price 2-3 years from now.

the worst thing is > that some Dev increase the Price - and then offer a 70 % Sale or something like that ( i say only : look on Call of Duty Games - they want for Games from 2013 > 50-60 $ "normal Price" ) Lol
