steam wallet "pending balance"

I just refunded Divinity Original Sin 2 so i could buy it at the cheaper sale price, but that sale ends in 10 hours and I cant spend my money because it is pending, is there anything I can do?

Use an external payment method.

It usually takes 24 hours for the pending funds to release.

Open your account details, it should tell you how much time left until the pending balance become active.
In case if it exceeds end of sale, your only option is to use existing (active) wallet credit or external payment method. You can use the currently pending balance for your next purchase.

It says I have 12 hours until it’s refunded, the sale only has around 7 hours left. I’m just going to hope that I get it in time

it says available within 12 hours is that going to be exactly 12 hours, or could I get in potentially 7 or 6 and it's just guaranteed within 12 hours.
