First Person Shooter Cheating
I'd like to hear some opinions as to which multiplayer first person shooters have the least amount of cheating with things like aimbot mods etc.

Sniper Elite games have multiplayer with what's been described as 'draconic' ban processes for cheaters. Their games are rather expensive to boot - making them unappealing for cheaters. (and also, very good games)

Every online mp game has cheaters. Every one of them.

OK
How about some of the worst.

Apparently TF2, I don't know, I don't play them. But I do haunt the Vac section - and it's filled to the brim with tf2 and csgo whining. It's hard to say. If you have specific questions about any given game, the hubs are best. Some people adopt a much more casual approach to the other players cheating, while other games seem to breed a very rabid player base.

I play a lot of Killing Floor 2 and Payday 2, few to no cheaters.

The most popular the game, the most cheaters it'll have.
Depth - smallish community quite heavily policed by vets - little cheating.

The least played fps games have less cheaters. That's quite obviously.

Well, you need to actually take responses from players who actually play those games and not stuff you read on forums.

Myself, as a CSGO player, I'd say it has the most populated player base with cheaters. Mostly on F2P matches. Being a competitive game, it's clearly known that people just don't wanna try their hard to win and therefore, cheats are more common.
