hello I want to create an unturned server to play with a friend and I have to download steamCMD and the site is more accessible there is just a page where it is written that

I tried all the means and it does not work to create an unturned server because there is a text which is displayed in red in the cmd which tells me that the server hosting system has been obselet since June 2019 but it there are videos that date after July 2019 so if you have a solution I am interested

What? If you actually looked at what he linked you'd see that it is just instructions, which has you download the cmd directly from Valves servers.
