Steam captcha!

Steam wants me to solve "captcha" but there is no captcha.
I would have no issues solving a captcha but it really does not pop up a captcha.
This makes contacting steam support impossible.
What in earth is going on with steam...

Anyhow steam gives error when trying to contact support regarding the email change.
Anyways saying that i have to make a captcha and then dont give me a god darnn captcha is such bad behaviour from steam.

How do you want me to contact steam support?

I type in steam discussions because its impossible to contact steam support regarding my email change? They are asking me to solve a captcha that they do not provide.

I have not made backup codes, sadly.
And i'm sorry if my responses can come across as unpolite as i got tilted when he accused me of being a spammer when really all i need is help. And you do try to help so +rep :)

Bump still need this issue resolved.

Yes, the invisible captcha is still funny. Implemented since a long time. Say thanks to Valve Softworks to "sell" customers to Google, LLC / Alphabet, Inc.

Active is:
An invisible Google Recaptcha V3 and Google Analytics. Privacy is not given here, especially in such things like "private" sections (supporttickets) it's totally misplaced. Used AccountID there is UA-63631619-1 for the so called support and ticket area. Other sections of Steam use another Account Id's. There are two more.

ReCaptcha is also used for Google's AI like Google Vision, Deep and Machine Learning and picture recognition. It's no secret. And Analytics is for profit, so they get data for free.

Together with user interests, referals, timestamps, ip-adresses (which are always personal data) and much more.

Beside that there are other mechanics active in this part of Steam (ticket area) which breaks your privacy like uploading of system data without a chance to decline or even see what's sending. There are 2 ticket systems. One with, and one without data theft.

No insight to your OWN data, to secure your own privacy ^^ The whole thing is a big joke.

It's not an issue.

It's system mechanic of this platform (one of many to systematically spy on users). So it won't be solved. Not to talk about ignored GDPR rules, threats from support and a complete ignorance of the customers when it comes to things that does not belong to this company.

Oh, wait, how many accounts and active customers are here and allow that behaviour and/or do not care about? Few of them already posted here.
