Indie Houdini on Steam? Wait what happened to Maya LT or student version ?
Its good see more modeling programs come to Steam i just couldnt help it and i had notice Maya on steam is gone? what happened to Maya LT or the student version that used to be on steam? i really kinda wish that Maya would be on steam.

As far as Maya goes they recently changed their student version policies. You now have to produce paperwork confirming that you are actually a student at one of their certified educational institutions.
Lot of people kept using student versions perpetually, doing commercial work and so forth.
Guess that was a thorn in their side for long, so they upped their game in terms of protecting their stuff.
