Follow the guide by Kaiso,
Do NOT use your Steam login on ANY website; no gambling sites, no skin sites. Tell your friends the same thing.
No Steam Staff will ever use Steam Chat or Discord to tell you of any issues, nor will they tell you to go to a fishy site, message someone else, or otherwise - and they wont use the name "Admin" either. Hover on a discord name, you'll notice their username never matches and again - Steam Support will never use Discord for issues with your account.
Don't click suspicious links, don't follow shady instructions. If it seems suspicious, report the profile. In this case, definitely report the user to Discord.
If someone tells you to reset your password, do not ever go to a website other than Steampowered - hover your mouse over links, it'll always mis-match, from a single intentional type to look legitimate, or it'll blatantly be a scam site.
Report, Block, follow Kaiso's guide.
Please don’t name-and-shame.
