Good luck finding a spare key for steam though, it will cost a pretty penny

I got mine from kinguin and it was about 12 bucks and its not working so I want so see if there are others

If that's the old Activision game, then yes. Keys would be regionally restricted. Activision were known for splitting games up to many regions (check Steam DB for the last few COD games sold on Steam for an idea of how far they went). The Spider-Man game was also further restricted on Steam when it was sold here. There were several countries it was not even available in.
