everything is fine by me. is your connection decent?
you could try executing this in windows cmd:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\bin\SteamService.exe" /repair
if that doesn't work, i would next try clearing all caches in settings.
settings>web browser
delete web browser cache
delete all browser cookies
settings>downloads
clear download cache
log back into steam.
type into notepad:
@echo off
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew
netsh int tcp reset
netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset
pause
save that file as "net_refresh.bat" on your desktop or wherever you want and then run it as admin. once it's ran and completed it will tell you that the computer needs a restart from a cmd box. restart the computer.
for example, steam servers might be acting weird with specifically your IP for some reason. changing it might resolve the issue. who knows?
What happened? What region are you in?
I've just installed 144 windows and it seems to have done the job.
