The only thing I didn’t like about B4B was that it felt like you needed the knife card to conserve ammo even on lower difficulties.
I don’t think either game is bad though given I’ve only played the B4B demo it’s hard to compare them. WWZ is a solid game right now since it’s basically got 2 years of mistakes fixed. If I had to choose right now I’d pick WWZ, but mostly because there’s not much info in B4B
Your title compares games that could not be less comparable. Then you say you want to try something new while the only examples you could name for Zombie-Games you've played are pretty much the same as B4B besides the difference in graphics and a limited set of customizations.
If your question only limits to the named games then you should go with B4B because you seemingly liked L4D(2) and it is pretty much the same experience with a modern touch.
If you however insist on this "try something new" thing then you should take a HUUUUUGE distance to B4B as well as Zombie Army in my opinion. So yeah go with WWZ.
Other than that there are plenty of good Zombie-Games out there that actually take a different route than the named ones. The Dead Rising series is something every fan of Zombie-Games should give a try. Dead Island (which is somewhere in the neighborhood of DR) is also something you should give a shot if you haven't done yet. If you like Dead Island you will most likely hate Dead Rising and vice versa.
And if you are looking for something more dynamic Dying Light (so far) is my all time favourite in thhe Zombies genre. It combines pretty much everything good from Dead Rising and Dead Island and mixes in insanely good elements of parcours and general environmental interactions.
WWZ feels short
B4B felt over the top but empty.
They probably are meant to sell dlc. 2 of them a lot.
None of them is like l4d.
If you buy any of them, pay at most 50%
or 30 $ for the full dlc and whatnot goty bundle later on.
WWZ less than 20.
