<span class="filtered_text"></span> and library black screen

first my library being a black screen, and now this?! when i go into the community tab, every workshop/artwork/video/screenshot has <span class="filtered_text">[name here]</span>
as the name, and not only that, when i click on the library tab, it's just a black screen.
what can i do to fix these problems? i beg for help

The body text appears if I mouse-over your post in the Steam Discussion section, too.

Working fine now for me. Try restarting Steam.

specially on artwork and screenshot hubs.

Is the slowness and a second after pop up discussion threads, text characters an issue to this tuersday maintenance? Since late last night after the usual tuersday maintenance I was having issues with Post History not showing subject conversation and some kind of slowness when visiting forums, discussion threads where only appear at first the users nickname and pop a few seconds after the whole layout on Steam discussions.

Still having this issue.

Not sure if I figured it out or it just fixed itself. But I went into my account preferences. Scroll down to "Community Content Preferences", uncheck "Blur and warn about content that may contain frequent nudity or sexual content"

Guides still show incorrectly with blur off.
