The EA Play on Origin also includes third party publishers, which is something they can offer as EA is in control of that store.
Might be that Valve won't allow that, though that's between EA and Valve. Interesting, though, and good to bring it up.

Where did you see the full list advertised on steam?
First the prices were way higher on steam than on origin.
And now they use the same name to make people buy less.
There is some light intend visible in the description.
I recommend, if you bought year pass, get it refunded. And point out that you bought it for the name. But its different.
If you bought a month, it is worth playing teh games.

They should offer a lower price, though.
